Learn about fire effects and post-fire management plans from resource managers working on the King Fire. The full-day field trip will explore burned areas on the Georgetown District of the fire. We will hear from ecologists, hydrologists, timber resource officers and wildlife biologists.

This is an all-day trip so you will need to bring a lunch. Hard hats and sturdy boots are mandatory.
